Aisha Hinds and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan
Aisha jamila Hinds was born in America and is most well-known for her performance on The Shield. Since her 2003 debut she has demonstrated her acting versatility by performing outstandingly in TV shows like 9-1-1 Detroit 1--8-7 and Under the Dome. The first time she was noticed was for her character Anna in the 2005 movie Assault on Precinct 13. It was however her role as women's rights campaigner Fannie Lou Hamer from the documentary film All the Way that finally brought her recognition as an actor. Her portrayal of Harriet Tubman on WGN America's time-based drama Underground was also highly praised. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television renewed the show for a fresh season.
